2024 Peloton Father’s Day Classes & Para Los Padres Classes

Sunday, June 16 marks Father’s Day in the United States, and Peloton will celebrate the occasion with numerous special classes in both English and Spanish.

Peloton shared the news this week via the @PelotonStudios Instagram Stories.

Numerous classes are already available via the on-demand library, and more will air live and continue to be released throughout the weekend. There will be a total of seven classes – three in Spanish labeled as Para los Padres, and four in English.

Each will be taught by a different instructor and classes span five different modalities. You can view the complete class list below:

2024 Father’s Day Peloton Classes & Schedule & Workouts

  • 20 min. Para los Padres Ride – Camila Ramón – 6/14/24 @ 10:00am [Spanish]
  • 20 min. Para los Padres Upper Body Strength – Rad Lopez – 6/14/24 @ 10:00am [Spanish]
  • 20 min. Para los Padres Yoga Flow – Mariana Fernàndez – 6/14/24 @ 10:00am [Spanish]
  • 30 min. Father’s Day Ride – Alex Toussaint – 6/15/24 @ 2:00pm ET
  • 20 min. Father’s Day Ride – Bradley Rose – 6/16/24 @ 2:00am ET [On Demand]
  • 30 min. Father’s Day Walk + Run – Robin Arzón – 6/16/24 @ 2:00am ET [On Demand]
  • 30 min. Father’s Day Row – Alex Karwoski – 6/16/24 @ 10:30am ET

All of the classes will be placed in the dedicated Father’s Day Collection as they become available.

You can also use this collection to revisit older classes from past years, including 2023, 2022 and 2021. Note that Peloton also held classes last month for Father’s Day in Germany, which fell on May 9, 2024. Charlotte Weidenbach taught a ride, and Tobias Heinze taught a run.
