Peloton is quietly rolling out a few updates to their user interface on both the Bike & Tread.
First, the home screen has a slightly new layout. Instead of the “your instructors” box that shows some of your most frequently taken instructors, there is now a thin line of instructors near the top that you can easily click on to see their most recent classes.
Secondly, there are now toggles when starting a class to enable auto-resistance on the Bike+, or auto-incline on the Tread. This is simply an option to let you turn it on before you start the class – previously you had to wait until the class had begun and click the lock next to either the incline or the resistance to enable auto-follow mode.
The ability to toggle on auto-follow incline for Tread, and resistance for Bike+, does not yet appear to have rolled out to all users. It’s not currently clear what the timeline is for all members to receive this update.
The auto-follow resistance feature for the Peloton Bike+ was available with the launch of the new bike. Auto-follow for incline on the Tread was quietly beta tested last fall, before officially launching to all members in September.

Did the new update include where they start to push shopping an instructor’s look? I saw this on Tunde’s latest arms & light weights class. Very distracting and really not the time to try to shop.
