Peloton has highlighted a few upcoming classes for “This Week at Peloton” from June 30 through July 6, 2025.
On Tuesday, July 1 at 6:25 PM ET, Kirra Michel has a live 20 minute Yoga Drills class focusing on pistol squats.

Peloton’s Yoga Drills collection has classes that mix traditional yoga postures with strength and mobility work. So far all of the Yoga Drills classes have been taught by Kirra. Previous classes have focused on a specific yoga pose like Chaturanga, a general concept like balancing, or strength and mobility of a specific body part such as hips.
Then, later this week on Saturday, Christine D’Ercole has a live 45 minute Sprint Interval Training (SIT) Ride at 10:00 AM ET.

Christine D’Ercole’s “Sprint Interval Training” class series and collection officially launched on Peloton about a month ago. This science-backed class type features sprints of 30 seconds or less followed by recoveries that last 2 to 4 minutes. You can read more about the theory & science that goes into the programming, as well as Christine’s thoughts on it, in our article above.
Also on Saturday, Peloton’s newest installment of its live Outdoor Run Club classes will be taught by Matt Wilpers on Saturday, July 5 at 10:30 AM ET.

The live Outdoor class series began taking place regularly this spring. At first the length of Outdoor Run Club classes varied from 30 to 60 minutes. Peloton has recently established all classes moving forward will be 30 minutes to be more inclusive to members of all levels.
Finally, close out this week with Jess Sims on the tread for an advanced Sims 60 Tread Bootcamp. This class will be Sunday, July 6 at 10 AM ET.

While not mentioned in Peloton’s “This Week” post, don’t forget there are a couple other exciting classes happening this week, including Leanne Hainsby-Alldis’s debut Barre class on Tuesday, July 1, and a “Summer Blast” Full Body Strength class taught by six instructors that will be available to take on demand on July 4th at midnight ET.
