Peloton “Strength for Tennis & Pickleball” Program with Olivia Amato (in English)

Peloton has launched a brand new strength training program. Olivia Amato is teaching the “Strength for Tennis & Pickleball” program.

This one week program aims to “build strength and increase your range of motion on and off the court.”

The program consists of 8 different classes – spread out over 4 days.

There is also a German language “Strength for Tennis” program led by Assal Arian.

Olivia first teased this program was on the way in May.

Here is the official description for “Strength for Tennis & Pickleball” from Peloton: “Whether you’re a pickleball pro or team tennis, Olivia is here to help you get the most out of your game. Join her for this week-long program to build strength and increase your range of motion on and off the court.”

How to join the Peloton Strength for Tennis & Pickleball program with Olivia Amato

At time of publishing, programs can only be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Row, Guide, the Peloton iOS app, or the Peloton Android app. They are no longer accessible from the Peloton website or TV apps. You can browse to the programs area, find the Strength for Tennis & Pickleball program, and join the program.

With the launch of Peloton programs v3.0, these are no longer locked – in other words, you can browse the programs on Peloton hardware or app and take whichever classes you want, on your own schedule.
