Peloton has introduced a dedicated Yoga Drills collection, spotlighting their new class format that blends traditional yoga poses with focused strength and mobility work.
According to the class descriptions, Yoga Drills sessions aim to help members build strength, increase mobility, and feel confident in more advanced yoga postures. Each class has a dedicated focus, such as inversions, hips, chaturanga, and backbends.

As more classes have been added, a new collection has been made to house them. The official Yoga Drills Collection description reads:
Enhance your yoga practice with classes meant to combine traditional poses with conditioning training. Leave feeling powerful and prepared for whatever challenge you have next in your practice.
The new collection gathers all currently available classes of this type in one place, making them easier for members to find. New classes will be added to the collection as they become available.
The Yoga Drills format made its debut in early April 2024 with instructor Kirra Michel. As of now, Kirra remains the sole instructor for the class type, though it is possible that more yoga coaches may teach the class type in the future.
This past week marked a new milestone for the format, as the first-ever live Yoga Drills class took place.
You can explore the new Yoga Drills Collection via the Peloton app, web browser, or your hardware device.
