Peloton is creating another special strength class for a holiday.
This 4th of July, Peloton will release the “Summer Blast” – which is a fully body strength class featuring 6 different Peloton instructors.
Update – You can find the Summer Blast class on-demand here. This class was originally labeled as “The Blast”, but now appears to be called “Summer Blast”
The class will be led by Adrian Williams, Andy Speer, Callie Gullickson, Camila Ramon, Katie Wang, and Matty Maggiacomo.

The description of the class is:
Celebrate summer with this 45-minute Full Body strength class led by Adrian, Andy, Callie, Camila, Katie, and Matty. Get ready to move, sweat, and have a blast!
Look for this class to be released overnight at 12:01am ET on July 4th, 2025.
This will be the second holiday in the past year that Peloton has created a themed class for, with a multi-instructor team leading it. Last Thanksgiving, as part of the Turkey Burn classes, Peloton released “The Feast” – which was a strength class by Adrian, Andy, Camila, Logan, Rad, & Rebecca.
More recently, Peloton had a British Summer Fest Move As One cycling class featuring many of the UK cycling instructors taking turns leading the same class on the bike.
These classes are reminiscent of the original Peloton All For One classes – which used to be taught on 4th of July. Prior to All For One turning into a “Music Festival”, Peloton used to teach the All For One classes for the 4th of July and they were always classes taught by multiple instructors. Typically, every instructor of each class type would be involved in teaching the class – giving people an easy way to get to know instructors they might not take as much, as well as just creating a very unique class experience.
You can still find some of these older all for one classes, such as the cycling class from 2019 and 2020 – by searching “All For One” in the Peloton app and looking for thumbnails with lots of instructors in them.
Do you enjoy these classes taught by multiple instructors? Will you be taking Peloton’s Summer Blast class for 2025.
