Yoga + Pilates, 60 Minute Power Zone, Kettlebell Strength, and Core Stretch for This Week at Peloton (January 5 – January 11, 2026)

Happy New Year! Peloton has shared some of their featured classes for the week of January 5-11, 2026.

First up, there is a new 10 minute Core Stretch from Rebecca Kennedy that is now available to take on demand.

This is a great class to add into your routine if you’re taking Emma Lovewell’s most recent Crush Your Core: 14-Day Streak program that launched last month.

On Tuesday, January 6, a 30 minute Kettlebell Strength class with Jermaine “JJ” Johnson will drop on demand at 12 AM ET (5 AM GMT).

Later this week, a new 20 minute Yoga + Pilates class will take place with Johanna Ricouz, one of Peloton’s newest yoga instructors.

If you haven’t taken a class with Johanna yet, try out one of her Sculpt Flow yoga classes.

Lastly, Matt Wilpers is returning to the live class schedule full time this week following some time off. Matt has a 60 minute Power Zone Ride on Saturday, January 10 at 8 AM ET (1 PM GMT).

Matt has been off the live schedule recently on paternity leave, with the exception of the live Peloton Tri classes that took place in September. Welcome back, Matt!
