Peloton instructor Matt Wilpers and his wife Jessica Li have welcomed their first child together!
Matt shared the news via Instagram, writing:

The post includes a video in which Matt is holding up his dog, while the song “Public Service Announcement” by Jay-Z plays; specifically, the line “Allow me to reintroduce myself.” From there, Matt transitions into holding both his dog and a new baby!
As of publishing time, Matt and Jessica have not shared any other details, and did not previously reveal that they were expecting a child.
Matt has been absent from the live Peloton class schedule for the past few weeks, with many members speculating that it was his off-season. His latest post suggests he has actually been on paternity leave.
Matt is scheduled to return to the live Peloton class schedule next weekend for the Peloton Tri event.
Fellow Peloton instructor Ally Love also recently welcomed her first child with husband Andrew Haynes.
