Matty Maggiacomo’s Core Everyday in May 2026 Challenge: Full Schedule of 31 Daily Core Classes on Peloton

Matty Maggiacomo is back with one of his most popular annual challenges: “Core Everyday in May.” Now in its latest iteration, the challenge features 10 minutes of core work every single day for the 31 days of May, with a different class assigned for each day.

Matty shared the 2026 version on Instagram, with caption:

“EVERYDAY IN MAY. 10 minutes of core per day for 31 days! Let’s goooo! Screenshot the story frames to keep your schedule and tag in the comments or send to a friend.”

In a video accompanying the announcement, Matty walks through how the challenge works.

He notes the schedule features classes starting from May 1st, mixing up the difficulty and class type each day. The 31 classes span Core Strength, Standing Core, Barre Core, Beginner Core Strength, Yoga Conditioning Core, and even a “2000s” themed Core Strength class, with difficulty ratings ranging from 5.1 up to 8.4 across the month.
