2026 Mental Health Awareness Month Classes with Peloton (Plus NAMI Walks Events)

Peloton has shared the first wave of classes for 2026 Mental Health Awareness Month, observed every May in the United States. This year’s theme is “Connecting Body and Mind,” with classes spanning the Bike, Tread, Row, and more.

Peloton’s official theme description reads:

“Get grounded on the Bike, Tread, Row, mat, and more in classes that are a moving reminder that mental health is an endurance sport, and that together we go far.”

Peloton has also announced they are supporting the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI). lululemon & Peloton are making a joint donation to NAMI on behalf of their communities, and members are encouraged to sign up for a local NAMIWalk event, either in person or virtually. You can find more details and sign up via the dedicated NAMIWalks landing page.

The official partnership announcement reads:

“In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, Peloton and lululemon have partnered to support NAMIWalks nationwide, joining forces to move for mental health and underscoring the importance of wellbeing as a collective journey. Communities are invited to join a local walk, either in person or virtually. Every contribution helps NAMI provide life-changing resources at no cost, advancing efforts to make mental wellbeing more accessible for all.”

Peloton typically releases additional Mental Health Awareness classes throughout the month, so this may not be the full list. We will share updates as more classes are announced.

In addition to the classes above, Peloton has also been holding in-person events for Mental Health Awareness Month. As we have already shared, Peloton Studios New York is hosting a free 5K Walk + Run with Jess Sims on Wednesday, May 13 in support of Mental Health Awareness Month.

Mental Health Awareness Month has been a regular observance for Peloton for years, with the company adding more classes and broader programming each year. In 2024 Peloton introduced a monthly Meditation Challenge for the month of May to mark the occasion, which has since become a permanent fixture every month.

There is also a special Mental Health Awareness Month badge for members who take one of the classes. You can find a full list of Peloton badges here.
