Peloton has released the third installment of Emma Lovewell’s “Crush Your Core” program – called “Crush Your Core: 14 Day Streak” (or “Crush Your Core 3: 14 Day Streak”).
This is a 2 week program, with core strength classes every single day of the program.
Emma’s first “Crush Your Core” program was released in 2019, while “Crush Your Core 2” was released in 2022 – each 3 years apart.

As part of announcing the new program, Peloton shared that CYC1 & 2 were the most popular programs on Peloton’s platform – with more than 1.6 million members having taken at least one class from them, and over 25 million workouts from the program completed.

Peloton’s “Crush Your Core: 14-Day Streak” Program Badges with Emma Lovewell
It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a custom badge just for this program for taking 12 out of the total 15 classes.
How to join the Emma Lovewell Crush Your Core: 14-Day Streak program (Crush Your Core 3 on Peloton)
At time of publishing, programs can only be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Row, Guide, the Peloton iOS app, or the Peloton Android app. They are no longer accessible from the Peloton website or TV apps. You can browse to the programs area, find the Crush Your Core: 14-Day Streak program, and join the program.
