Peloton has shared more details about two upcoming programs which were recently teased.
These details came via Peloton’s “January Workouts to Watch” email. After a brief hiatus, Peloton appears to have resumed their monthly email highlighting new content initiatives. In their latest communication they showcased a new program and collection from Kirsten Ferguson and Rebecca Kennedy, respectively. We previously shared that this new content was in the works after numerous teases from the instructors.
Update – Rebecca Kennedy’s “HiLit” (High Intensity, Low Impact) program is now available, as well as Kirsten Ferguson’s “Call Yourself a Runner” program.
First, Rebecca has put together a “High Intensity, Low Impact (HiLit)” training plan that will span multiple fitness modalities, including: strength, Tread, Pilates, and mobility. Peloton is describing this as “a first-of-its-kind training plan combining high intensity and low impact classes.”

It is technically a Collection – rather than an official Peloton program – which means members will be able to access the classes individually in whatever order they choose. However, several of Peloton’s recent collections have been in the form of structured programs; but the specifics should be known soon.
The HiLit Peloton plan will become available in the new collection on Peloton on Monday, January 12.
Next, Kirsten Ferguson will launch a new “Call Yourself a Runner” training program designed for the most beginner-level runners. The program will unfold over three weeks, with three Walk + Run classes instructed by Kirsten each week. The program will become available on the Peloton platform on Friday, January 16.

Lastly, Peloton also highlighted to Denis Morton’s new signature “Deep Dive” cycling series, which we previously reported on.
We will share the full details of the new programs & collections from Kirsten and Rebecca as they officially debut. In the meantime, you can explore the wide variety of Peloton programs available through our full list of Peloton programs.

Respectfully pointing out an error in the article in the 2nd paragraph. It says, “First, Rebecca has put together a “High Impact, Low Intensity (HiLit)” training plan that will span multiple fitness modalities, including: strength, Tread, Pilates, and mobility.”
It’s “High Intensity, Low Impact (HiLit)”. 🙂
Fixed, thanks!
I would love to have an easy link to the HiLitt tracker!
