New Peloton Split Strength Programs with Rebecca Kennedy & Andy Speer + New Season of Flow & Let Go with Aditi Shah Coming in October 2023

Peloton members can expect new split strength training programs and a new season of Flow & Let Go yoga content in the month of October. Both were highlighted in the latest edition of Peloton’s “Workouts to Watch” emails to members.

Instructors Rebecca Kennedy and Andy Speer will each release their first split strength training program on the Peloton platform. According to Peloton’s email:

Introducing all-new 1-week Split Training Programs from experts Rebecca Kennedy and Andy Speer. These Guide-compatible 1-week programs offer 5 or 3 days a week of training, focusing on a different muscle group each day. Starting 10/16.

It is believed that Rebecca will be teaching the 5 day program, and Andy will be teaching the 3 day program.

Peloton’s split strength training programs target specific muscle groups that are typically indicated via the class title. The classes are typically a longer duration – such as 30 or 45 minutes – and are designed to be taken over the course of one week and repeated to build strength.

Both Rebecca and Andy have other strength programs available – Straight to the Core and Total Strength 1 & 2 – but these will be their first split strength programs. Peloton used to make strength programs exclusive to the Guide for the first seven weeks, but they appear to have halted that practice for now, so all members can expect to have access to the new split strength programs on October 16.

Peloton also released new split strength training programs with Ben Alldis and Jermaine Johnson earlier this year.

As always, we will share the full details about the new split strength programs with Rebecca and Andy when the programs officially launch. In the meantime, you can always check out our programs page for a list and overview of all available Peloton training programs – including all the split strength programs.

In addition to the new strength programs, Peloton will also start a new season of Flow & Let Go – Aditi Shah’s signature yoga series. According to Peloton’s “Workouts to Watch” email:

Starting 10/26, join Aditi for a new season of Flow & Leg Go, a 5-week yoga and meditation series that pairs active and restorative poses to help relax your body, ending with a curated meditation to quiet and focus your mind.

Aditi has been teaching her Flow & Let Go classes for a number of years. The class structure is a mix of both a traditional yoga flow followed by restorative postures. Each class also has an accompanying meditation. There is a dedicated Peloton collection in which all the classes are housed, and you can also find them by filtering for “theme” in the complete yoga library.

The next season of Flow & Let Go will begin on October 26 and will run for a total of five weeks.
