Peloton is back with another new core program for its members. The new “Straight to the Core” program is taught by Rebecca Kennedy. The program is 4 weeks long and has a total of 24 classes.
The new Straight to the Core program was exclusively available to Peloton Guide owners for the first 7 weeks it was out. It was released on the Peloton Guide on January 9th, and became available to all Peloton members on February 27th.
Rebecca first teased this program was coming in December of 2022. It was released alongside the new “The Stronger You” strength program with Ben Alldis on January 9, 2023.
Rebecca announced the program on her socials, saying:
STRAIGHT TO THE CORE is officially here!!!! My new 4 week Core program is available now exclusively on Peloton Guide.
Each week is 5 days on, 2 days off consecutively. The weeks progress in duration, load, intensity and movement variations. Classes range from 5-30 minutes.

Here is the official description for “Straight to the Core” from Peloton: “Welcome to Straight to the Core! This 4-week program is designed to build core strength and power using progressive overload training. Class durations and technical difficulty increase and equipment is added as the weeks progress”
Peloton’s “Straight to the Core” Program Badges
It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 11 classes, a Silver badge for completing 17 classes, or a Gold badge for completing 20 classes out of the total 24 classes.
