Selena Samuela Announces New “Rock That Bootcamp” Series for Peloton Tread

Instructor Selena Samuela is bringing a new bootcamp series to the Tread called “Rock That Bootcamp.” After teasing the announcement in an Instagram post, she officially broke the news in her live class this morning.

Selena shared:

Starting next week, I’m bringing a rock inspired bootcamp series to the tread. That’s right, we’re going to rock that body, rock that core, rock those legs. It’s called the “Rock that Bootcamp.” We’re going to rock it together. You always hear me talking about creating your best you, your favorite you, now let’s create the most badass version of you – together – in a rock bootcamp!

The schedule has since been updated with the first class of the series, which will focus on upper body and take place live on Monday, April 25 at 9:30am ET.

This class will likely be added to Peloton’s Rock 22 Collection after it airs, and should count towards the Rock 22 Challenge. The Rock 22 Challenge runs from April 16-May 7, and members can earn a badge by maintaining their daily streak during that period and taking at least one class from the Rock 22 class collection live or on demand.

Peloton has been focusing heavily on their bootcamp content – which marries strength training and cardio – in recent months. The first-ever Boxing Bootcamps launched in January; Rebecca Kennedy began offering Hiking Bootcamps that include no running or jogging in March; and a new Floor Bootcamp Program with Selena and Jess Sims became available exclusively on the Peloton Guide last week.

Will you be taking Selena’s new bootcamp series?
