Peloton Row owners may have experienced an issue with their device in recent days – specifically, a delay in the metrics displaying on the screen.
Peloton has officially acknowledged the issue and created a status report for the issue. It states:
We have received reports of some members seeing a delay in their metrics on Row. The issue is under investigation.
In other words, the metrics reflected on the Row tablet during a Peloton rowing class do not accurately reflect the work being done by the rower – there is a delay in the numbers displayed on the screen. The report indicates Peloton is actively looking into the issue, and there is currently no timeline for a potential solution.
There have been a number of Peloton bugs in recent weeks. Back in December a software update resulted in Bike owners having trouble with their resistance, and Tread owners not being able to turn their tablets off. While a fix for the Bike issue rolled out relatively quickly, the Tread issue was not addressed until this week.
