Peloton classes released on World Mental Health Day 2026

Peloton Releases 2026 World Mental Health Day Classes + 10-Minute Meditations for Life Moments

Peloton has released several new World Mental Health Day classes along with six new 10-minute meditations focused on specific situations including work burnout, injury, loss, setting boundaries, moving, and becoming a new parent.

The classes were released on World Mental Health Day, which is observed each year on October 10.

Peloton shared the new classes on social media, writing:

“Your mind matters. Prioritize your well-being today and beyond on World Mental Health Day (October 10) and beyond in new classes ranging from mindful movement to short meditations focused on specific moments of change.”

Most of the new World Mental Health Day classes dropped straight to the on-demand library at midnight ET.

Taking one of the 2026 World Mental Health Day classes will count toward Peloton’s “Mental Health Awareness 2026” badge.

The badge was first added earlier this year for Mental Health Awareness Month in May, so members who already earned it then will not receive a separate World Mental Health Day badge.

That is different from 2025. Peloton released 13 World Mental Health Day classes last year, but there was no badge for those workouts at the time they were released. Peloton had offered a Mental Health Awareness badge with World Mental Health Day programming in some previous years. You can find our full list of Peloton badges here.

Along with the World Mental Health Day classes, Peloton also released six new 10 minute meditation classes built around specific situations or life moments.

New Peloton For Life Moments Meditation Classes

  • 10 min for New Parents – Chelsea Jackson Roberts – 10/10/26 @ 12:00am ET [On Demand]

All six are audio meditations.

These are the “short meditations focused on specific moments of change” Peloton referenced in their announcement. Rather than focusing on a generic meditation technique or time of day, each class is designed for a specific circumstance a member may be dealing with.

Denis’ 10 minute “For Coping With Injury” class description reads “This meditation is here to sit with you through the emotional challenges of injury, offering support, grounding, and space to process.”

Peloton has experimented with other more specific meditation classes before, including Walking Meditations and the Goodnight Peloton collection.

The “For…” meditations do not carry World Mental Health Day in their class titles and are separate from the workouts that earn the Mental Health Awareness 2026 badge. However, the classes are still found in the Mental Health collection.

All of the new classes have been added to Peloton’s mental health collection, which also includes World Mental Health Day and Mental Health Awareness programming from previous years.

Peloton describes the collection by saying:

“Settle in, take a moment, and feel the support of your community in classes that help you prioritize your well-being.”

Peloton is also celebrating World Mental Health Day with several in-person events this year. Jon Hosking led a Peloton Studios London Run Club on October 7, while Selena Samuela will lead the October PSNY Run Club in partnership with NAMI on October 14. Becs Gentry is also leading a free three-mile run in New York on October 10 as part of Project Healthy Minds’ World Mental Health Day Festival, though that event is not organized by Peloton.

Which of Peloton’s new World Mental Health Day classes or “For…” meditations are you planning to take?
