Peloton has released a new collection dedicated to evening mindfulness.
Called “Goodnight Peloton,” the collection currently contains five “Wind Down” classes and is now available in the on-demand library. The official collection description reads:
Long days meet restful nights with our new evening mindfulness classes designed to help you wind down. Pair with your favorite sleep meditation for the ultimate good night’s rest.

The collection includes five classes with five different instructions, only two of whom have previously taught meditation content. The coaches teaching these include Adrian Williams, Jon Hosking, Alex Toussaint, Cody Rigsby, and Denis Morton.
The current complete class list of the Goodnight Peloton meditation classes is below:
- 5 min. Wind Down: Calm After the Storm – Adrian Williams – 11/10/24 @ 10:00am ET
- 5 min. Wind Down: Nightcap – Jon Hosking – 11/10/24 @ 10:00am ET
- 5 min. Wind Down: XOXO, Cody – Cody Rigsby – 11/10/24 @ 10:00am ET
- 5 min. Wind Down: Grounded in Greatness – Alex Toussaint – 11/10/24 @ 10:00am ET
- 5 min. Wind Down: Restful Reset – Denis Morton – 11/10/24 @ 10:00am ET
Only Denis and Cody have previously taught meditation content. Note that these new classes are not sleep meditations; but they are intended to be taken in the evening after a full day.
We first shared that these classes were on the way when Peloton provided a sneak peek at Member Month, which is being celebrated throughout November 2024. We also reported in October that a meditation class with Jon Hosking had momentarily appeared on the schedule, hinting that evening meditation content with new instructors was on the way.
It is currently unclear whether Peloton will add to this collection periodically moving forward, or if this was a one-time release.
In case you missed it, over the summer we reported that Peloton’s Chief Content Officer Jennifer Cotter hinted at a possible new line of business for Peloton: nutrition, sleep, and rest.
