New Peloton Mood Classes & Mood Types Added: Grateful, Energized, Anxious, and Frustrated

Peloton has added a new round of Mood Series classes this morning as part of their recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month.

As part of this drop, Peloton has added 4 new types of moods. These are: Anxious, Energized, Frustrated, and Grateful.

Wondering what these new Peloton mood types are? Here is how the class description describes each of them:

  • Anxious – Anxiety is unsettling, but you’re not alone. Come as you are, and move in a safe space alongside the Peloton community.
  • Energized – Get an extra dose of motivation and experience a workout that makes you stronger and fitter. Once you’ve done this, you can achieve anything you set your mind to.
  • Frustrated – Some days feel harder than others. This class will provide a space to blow off steam, work through disappointment, and channel power from within.
  • Grateful – We’re thankful you’re here! Honoring small moments can have a big reward. Let’s take time to appreciate ourselves and the community around us.

There were 18 new mood classes added this morning. Class types include ride, shadowboxing, yoga, strength, walk, runs, bike bootcamps and meditations. The instructors in this drop include Leanne Hainsby, Callie Gullickson, Ross Rayburn, Anna Greenberg, Olivia Amato, Jermaine Johnson, Christine D’Ercole, Hannah Frankson, Jess Sims, Marcel Dinkins, Adrian Williams, Kendall Toole, Chelsea Jackson Roberts, Matty Maggiacomo, Rad Lopez, Cliff Dwenger, Mila Lazar, and Mayla Wedekind.

You can view the complete class list of Peloton Mood classes here – which has been updated with the latest drop.

Peloton mentioned in an email earlier this month they would be adding new Mood series classes today.

Will you be trying out one of the new mood types? Which one?
