New Peloton Instructor: Assal Arian

Peloton has a new instructor joining the team today: Assal Arian

Assal is a German language instuctor, and will be teaching strength classes to start with.

Assal Arian’s premiere Peloton class will be Tuesday, August 9th @ 11:30am ET – a 20 minute premiere full body strength class.

The Peloton instructor list has a new page for Assal, and her bio states:

As a refugee child, Assal was often made to feel like she had to prove herself more than others. But her mother always taught her about the power of being herself. A former weightlifter and police officer, she’s learned that true strength is both vulnerability and the ability to get comfortable in the discomfort of hard work. Because a strong body starts with a strong mindset. Now, she’s bringing her passion, precision, dedication, and drive to classes that will motivate you to strengthen your muscles and your mind. She wants to show you that the only person you need to prove anything to is yourself—and that once you embrace this, you’ll be unstoppable.

Peloton also has a blog post up introducing Assal.

We’re so excited to introduce our new Peloton strength instructor for Germany: Assal Arian. This former police officer and weightlifter is an experienced strength coach who will help you grow beyond yourself with her passion, precision, determination, and drive.
