First, we’ll see a new program that will launch on March 21. Back by popular demand, you can improve your upper body strength with Tunde Oyeneyin.

We shared last month that Tunde had been teasing that she was working on something new. “Upper Body with Tunde” will be a new 4-week program to strengthen your entire upper body, incorporating push, pull, and core moves.

As many know, Tunde also released her “Arms With Tunde” strength program in 2022. Many members have asked for a follow-up program since then.

Also next week, there will be a new type of Row class that will launch from instructor Alex Karwoski called “Form Fixer Row” classes. Members will learn the common form mistakes that occur while rowing and get form corrections in real-time. These classes will also feature special guests who have not yet been announced – but the classes will first be released on March 19th.

Also this month, Anna Greenberg launched a 1-week meditation program called “7 Days to Focus Your Mind.” It features a different 10-minute Meditation with Anna each day to help improve your focus using various techniques such as body scans, mantras, and breathing. You can see full details of the program here.

Finally, a new Extra class type will be coming this month. “Extra Steps” classes will be BPM-driven classes so you can move to the beat of the music to get extra steps in. These will be available to take on the Peloton Tread and the Peloton App.

Peloton first launched the “extra” series back in 2022.

March is Women’s History Month, and Peloton is celebrating all month long. Special music-themed classes will include classes celebrating Vocal Legends, Hip Hop Heroines, and Queens of Pop. Classes will be on the live schedule and may release directly on demand.

All of the 2025 classes will be house in Peloton’s Women’s History Month class collection. You can also receive a new badge for taking any WHM class from this year.
