Peloton has released a new one-week meditation program with instructor Kirra Michel designed to help members find calm. Peloton shared the news via Instagram:
Quiet the internal noise and find a calmer you with Kirra’s new program ☁️
Take her week-long guided meditation journey starting Friday, Aug 30 @ 10 AM ET

The program is called “7 Days to a Calmer You” and is now available via the Peloton programs tab. The official program description reads:
Join Kirra for this week-long guided meditation program that focuses on cultivating calmness and creating emotional equilibrium, so that you can begin to form a routine meditation practice. All you need is 10 minutes per day!
There are a total of seven classes within the program, intended to be taken over the course of one week. Each class is 10 minutes in length, audio-only, and is a calming meditation.
This would not be a Peloton program without badges – and you can always find a full list via our site. Gold, silver, and bronze medals will be awarded depending on how many classes you complete from the full program.
Typically the classes within Peloton’s official programs are housed only within that specific program – meaning that you have to start the program and move in chronological order to unlock the next class. However, Kirra’s classes are also available in the general on-demand library, as has been the case with the other most recent one-week programs.
We first shared this new program was on the way earlier this month when Peloton highlighted it in their “August Workouts to Watch” email. This is Kirra’s second program; her Path to Inversion yoga program was released in 2022.
You can join Kirra’s new meditation program via the app, your hardware device, or the web browser; or you can take the classes a la carte in the general on-demand library.
