New Stretching Peloton program from Hannah Corbin this fall

Peloton instructor Hannah Corbin is working on a new program set to launch this fall, centered around stretching.

UpdateHannah’s “7 Days of Stretching” program was released on November 3rd.

During a recent 45 minute Barre class, Hannah teased the project while referencing her well-known catchphrase and the abbreviated name of her upcoming book: “Did you stretch tho?”

About 20 minutes into the class during a stretch break, Hannah stated:

“I’m creating a very fun program right now. ‘Did you stretch tho’ is what just reminded me…so the new program, it’s going to be coming out in the fall in celebration of my new ‘book;’ I’m putting it in quotes because it’s not really that. It’s a card deck and guide book that comes in a box. But guess what its name is? Did You Stretch Tho. The program has a different title, I’ll let you know soon.”

While Hannah did not reveal the exact format or focus of the upcoming program in her class, Hannah has been a long time advocate for the importance of stretching as an integral part of a well-rounded fitness routine.

The timing of the program’s release appears to be tied to her upcoming “book” – a card deck and guide titled Did You Stretch Tho: 52 Stretches to Increase Flexibility, Balance, and Performance, which is set to be published on November 4, 2025. It is not yet clear whether the program will drop on the same date or slightly earlier, but Hannah’s statements during her recent class suggest that the program’s release will at least somewhat coincide with the book launch.

In a later post, Hannah confirmed the theme would be stretching and be released in tandem with her book.
