Peloton instructor Hannah Corbin’s upcoming book, Did You Stretch Tho: 52 Stretches to Increase Flexibility, Balance, and Performance, officially has a release date and is now available for pre-order.
A new listing on Amazon (affiliate link) reveals further details about the project. The book is scheduled to be released on November 4, 2025.
The description of Hannah Corbin’s book reads:

Did You Stretch Tho is a practical guide designed to help people incorporate daily stretching into their routines. It features a set of 52 cards showcasing Hannah demonstrating her favorite stretches, alongside an 80-page guidebook with tips and warm-up sequences. The guide also contains guidance about how to target specific areas of the body; which types of equipment can be helpful; and insights into recovery practices and overall wellness routines.
Amazon currently has a few different sample book page images as well, if you want to get a feel for the type of guide and instructions you will receive in the book.
