German Language Glutes & Legs Strength (DE) 4-Week Program with Adrian Williams (Power & Performance)

Peloton has brought another one of their programs to the German community.

There is now a German-language version of Adrian William’s 4-week long Glutes & Legs Strength (Power & Performance) program.

These are the same exact classes & video as what was available in the English language version of the program which was released last year. However, Adrian’s voice has been swapped for a native German speaker giving the instructions.

This means there are now 2 different versions of the program in the Peloton library.

This is not the first time Peloton has done this with a program – last year Peloton released a German-langauge dubbed program of Arms with Tunde – which was released more than a year after the English language Arms with Tunde program.

Here is the official description for “Glutes and Legs Strength (DE)” from Peloton: “Welcome to Power & Performance: Glutes and Legs Strength with Adrian. This 4-week program is designed to improve lower body strength while developing your ability to move powerfully and athletically in your everyday life.”

Peloton’s “Glutes and Legs Strength (DE)” Program Badges

It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 7 classes, Silver badge for completing 10 classes, Gold badge for completing 12 classes out of the total 13 classes.

How to join the Peloton Glutes and Legs Strength (DE) program

At time of publishing programs can be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Peloton Digital app, or the Peloton website. Simply browse to the programs area, find the Glutes and Legs Strength (DE) program, and join the program. You can join on the web here.
