Peloton’s latest strength training program is here. Called “Power & Performance: Glutes & Legs Strength”, this 4 week program is led by Adrian Williams.
The program is 4 weeks long, and is designed to have 3 days of workouts for the first and last week, and 2 days of workouts for the second and third week.
Peloton first teased this program was on the way last week, and went on to create a social media holiday-themed promo about the program as well.
This program is focused on building up power & strength in member’s lower body. The first class of the program is a 20 minute benchmark class, so you can see what point you are starting from. The final workout on the last day of the program will be a 10 minute benchmark class – so you can see how far you have come.
The program is available to all members (it is not “exclusive” to the Peloton Guide for any period of time). The program is also designed to work with the movement tracker / rep counting of the Peloton Guide for those members who have it. (For the first few hours, this feature was not enabled, but it was enabled by the end of the first day the program was out).
This is the second Peloton strength program by Adrian Williams – he also has a one week split strength training program as well.
Note that although we currently have the full list of classes available in the program below, they are only being released a week at a time. So until January 8th, 2024 – you will not be able to finish the program. After that point, you will be able to jump around as you want using the links below.

Here is the official description for “Glutes and Legs Strength” from Peloton: “Welcome to Power & Performance: Glutes and Legs Strength with Adrian. This 4-week program is designed to improve lower body strength while developing your ability to move powerfully and athletically in your everyday life.”

It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 7 classes, Silver badge for completing 10 classes, Gold badge for completing 12 classes out of the total 13 classes.
How to join the Peloton Glutes and Legs Strength program with Adrian Williams
At time of publishing programs can be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Peloton Digital app, or the Peloton website. Simply browse to the programs area, find the Glutes and Legs Strength program, and join the program. You can join via the website here.
