Judge Dismisses Shareholder Lawsuit Accusing Peloton of Concealing Bike Rust and Safety Issues Before Recall

A federal judge has dismissed the Solomon v. Peloton shareholder lawsuit alleging the company concealed quality control problems, including painting over rust on bike seat frames, ahead of the 2023 recall of 2.2 million original Bikes. This is the second time the case has been dismissed.
