Rad Lopez Launching New “Dirty 30” Signature Strength Series on Peloton

Rad Lopez is launching a new Peloton signature strength series called “Dirty 30,” with the first class taking place live on Saturday, October 10.

The 30 minute format is divided into three 10-minute blocks covering cardio, strength, and HIIT.

Peloton describes the first class by saying:

“Join Rad and get to work with Dirty 30. This class delivers three 10-minute blocks of cardio, strength and HIIT for a power-packed metabolic conditioning workout. Bring your grit and rise to the challenge.”

The first class is:

  • 30 min Dirty 30 – Rad Lopez – 10/10/26 @ 9:30am ET

Although the class combines cardio, strength, and HIIT in the same workout, Dirty 30 is categorized as a strength class, so members will find it in the Strength section of the Peloton library and schedule.

Rad shared more about the goal of the format in an Instagram post, writing:

“Dirty 30 isn’t just about working harder. it’s about becoming more capable. This is metabolic conditioning designed to challenge your strength, your cardiovascular system, your coordination, and your ability to keep moving well when fatigue starts to set in. We’re training athleticism. We’re building strength. We’re improving endurance. And we’re learning how to stay composed when the work gets uncomfortable.”

Rad added that the class “is not meant to be easy,” and said the goal is not simply how much weight a member can lift or how quickly they can move, but how well their body can “perform, recover, adapt, and keep going.”

The format builds on several types of workouts Rad already teaches. In addition to traditional strength, he has taught HIIT cardio and shadowboxing, and added Bike Bootcamp to his Peloton lineup in March 2025.

Rad has also created several structured strength programs for the Peloton Strength+ app, including Shred It and Shred It 2 as well as the beginner-focused Shred It: Simplified.

Dirty 30 arrives shortly after another new Peloton signature format. Hannah Frankson launched her 1:3:5 Ride series in September, with each 30 minute class featuring one sustained endurance effort, three progressive interval blocks, and five high-intensity pushes.

Peloton has not yet shared how frequently Dirty 30 classes will take place, and only the October 10 debut is currently scheduled.
