Peloton Moving Live Bike Bootcamp Classes to Tuesdays & Fridays at 6:30am ET

Peloton is moving their regular live Bike Bootcamp classes to a new time and changing one of the two days they take place each week.

Starting Tuesday, September 29, live Bike Bootcamp classes will be offered on Tuesdays and Fridays at 6:30am ET (11:30am BST).

Peloton Studios announced the change through Instagram Stories, writing:

“Bike Bootcamp’s New Time Slot. Starting Tue, Sep 29, Bike Bootcamp will be live on Tuesdays and Fridays at 6:30 AM ET 11:30 AM BST”

That is a change to both the time and one of the days. The regular live Bike Bootcamp schedule has been Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:00am ET, so the classes are moving 90 minutes earlier while the Thursday workout shifts to Friday.

The frequency remains unchanged at two regular live Bike Bootcamp classes each week.

The new time translates to 3:30am PT for members on the West Coast, compared to 5:00am PT with the current 8:00am ET classes.

Peloton has not yet announced which instructors will regularly fill the new Tuesday and Friday slots.

Tuesday has been a regular part of Peloton’s live Bike Bootcamp schedule for several years. Peloton moved Bike Bootcamp primarily to an on-demand schedule in August 2022, with the company saying live classes would instead happen on a more occasional basis.

Regular live Bike Bootcamps began returning on Tuesdays in February 2023. Jess Sims said at the time that members could expect Bike Bootcamp live on most Tuesdays, with other instructors rotating through the schedule as well. The modality has since returned to a more consistent live schedule, most recently settling into the Tuesday and Thursday 8:00am ET slots.

The September 29 change keeps Tuesday in place while replacing Thursday with Friday and moving both workouts earlier in the morning.
