Katie’s Power Pyramid classes follow a “TACOCAT” structure, where essentially the class format is a palindrome. The first half of class follows a certain order of exercises until you reach the middle (or pyramid peak), then you reverse that same exercise order in the second half of class.

On Sunday, September 20, featured classes will be available on both the Bike and Tread. Kirsten Ferguson has a live 30 minute Gospel Walk at 9:30 AM ET (2:30 PM BST).
