Ben Alldis’ Intermediate 3 Day Split Strength Program on Peloton

Peloton has released a new 3 day intermediate level split strength training program by Ben Alldis this morning. Like other split strength training programs, this is a one week training program designed to be repeated in future weeks so you can track and see your progress over time. Each workout in the week targets a different focused set of muscle groups.

This program only requires three days a week worth of workouts to complete the program. For those who want a program with more classes, there is also a 5 day intermediate split strength program from Ben Alldis that was released last year.

In addition to Ben’s new program today, Peloton also released a new 5 day split strength intermediate program from Jermaine Johnson today as well.

Note that both of these programs are available to take immediately for all members – they are not exclusive to the Peloton Guide for 7 weeks like some other programs have been.

Peloton has several other split strength training programs available as well. You can find a list and details about all of Peloton’s training programs here.

Below, we’ll cover the full details of Ben’s new intermediate 5 day split strength training program, including a list of all the classes involved in the program.

This program was teased to be dropping today earlier this month in a post from Peloton.
