Ash Pryor Pilates launch in August.

Ash Pryor Pilates Program in August, Plus Split + Run and Split + Ride Programs from Robin Arzon & Tunde Oyeneyin

Ash Pryor will officially have Pilates classes later this month. There will be a Pilates program with Ash in August, and Robin Arzon and Tunde Oyeneyin both have new Split programs launching the week before.

Peloton shared the details in their monthly “Workouts to Watch” email, which previews the classes and programs coming over the next few weeks.

Ash’s Pilates debut will come with a program called “Ash’s Advanced Beginner Pilates,” and it starts on Friday, August 21. Peloton described it in the email:

“You love Ash on the Row. Now meet her on the mat for a 2-week program designed to build confidence in Pilates fundamentals through movement that feels natural, connected, and rewarding. Starting August 21.”

Ash Pryor joined Peloton in 2022 alongside the launch of the Peloton Row, and rowing has been her only modality since. Her move into Pilates has been coming for a while. Robin Arzon let it slip during a class last October, in a moment that was edited out of the on-demand version, and an NBC interview in January referenced her recently adding Pilates to her repertoire. We have not seen a Pilates class from Ash Pryor on the schedule yet, so this program looks like it will be her debut in the modality.

Peloton has been building out Pilates recently, elevating Pilates to a top-level modality filter in the app and making the Pilates Challenge a recurring monthly challenge in March, as well as acquiring Skop, which made a connected fitness Pilates reformer.

Before that, on Friday, August 14, Peloton is launching two Split programs at once. This will be a Split + Ride program from Tunde Oyeneyin, and a Split + Run by Robin Arzon.

Peloton said:

“Take your fitness to the next level with split training. Strength moves meet on-the-Bike cardio in Tunde’s Split + Ride program, while Robin combines heavy floor strength with Tread cardio in Split + Run. Launching August 14.”

Robin Arzon’s Split + Run is the one she teased at the end of a class in July, describing it as four days a week of 45 minute sessions pairing heavy lifting with durability work on the Tread. Peloton has not shared the day count or session length for Tunde’s program yet.

The Split+ format was first introduced in October 2024. These are one week programs designed to be repeated over consecutive weeks, with each session hitting a different area of the body for the strength portion before moving to a cardio segment. Robin Arzon already has a 3-Day Split + Ride from June 2025.

The email also highlighted Boy Band Week, which starts Monday, August 10 and carries its own badge.

You can find a list and full details on all of Peloton’s programs here, and we will share the class lists and full details for each of these once they launch.
