Ash Pyror is set to expand to Pilates soon, according to a new interview.
Ash recently sat down with NBC, where they featured her journey breaking barriers as a Peloton instructor.
They highlighted how she is a first generation college graduate (where she walked onto the rowing team at Ohio State), going on to get her masters degree, then going on to start her own company before joining Peloton.
As the interview ended, the host teased a future part of the interview, and closed by mentioning Ash Pryor “recently adding Pilates to her Peloton repertoire.”
This has yet to be officially announced by Peloton, but based on the timing of this interview, sounds like Ash Pryor’s premiere Pilates class is imminent.
This lines up with the first tease of Ash teaching Pilates from October – when Robin Arzon had mentioned in passing Ash was a Pilates instructor with the launch likely taking place in January.

This comes as several other instructors are also expanding into new modalities. Zacharias Niedzwiecki is expanding into strength & Kettlebells very soon, while Greta Dopp and Johanna Ricouz are now teaching Pilates as well.
Ash first joined Peloton in 2022 as a rowing instructor – which has been her only modality until now. Her fellow row instructors – Katie Wang & Alex Karwoski – also recently began teaching second modalities. Katie Wang began teaching strength classes in 2024, while Alex Karwoski began teaching running classes earlier in 2025.
