Peloton has announced the five social impact partners it will support in 2026 through its Wellbeing for Life program, now in its sixth year.
The Wellbeing for Life program traces back to the Peloton Pledge, a four-year, $100 million commitment the company made in 2020 to fight racial injustice and inequity and promote health and wellbeing for all. It named its first community partners in 2021, and Peloton says it has reached hundreds of thousands of people since.
Peloton’s support takes a few different forms. Alongside direct financial contributions, the company provides non-monetary help such as donated Peloton equipment for community spaces, classes and content co-created with partners, instructor-led programming and community events, and the use of its platform to amplify each organization’s work.

Alia McCants, Peloton’s Senior Director of Global Inclusion & Impact, said in the announcement:
“We want to break down barriers to physical fitness and wellbeing in our communities, and our partners are the experts on the ground advancing this critical work.”
Peloton’s five social impact 2026 partners are:
- GirlTREK (United States) – Billed as the largest health movement for Black women in the U.S., GirlTREK frames walking as a tool for self-care and community health. A partner since 2021, it has worked with Peloton on the “Black Family Wellness” campaign and past community walking events.
- LISC, the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (United States) – A community development organization partnering with Peloton since 2021 to expand access to fitness facilities and wellness programming in underserved areas. Most recently, the two launched “Community in Motion,” placing 75 Peloton Bikes in community spaces across Chicago.
- NAMI, the National Alliance on Mental Illness (United States) – The country’s largest grassroots mental health organization, and a new partner this year. The partnership centers on the link between movement and mental health, expanding NAMI’s HelpLine resources and reducing stigma. Last month, Peloton and lululemon supported NAMIWalks events during Mental Health Awareness Month, with a NAMI Walk badge available on the platform.
- The OUT Foundation (United States) – Also new for 2026, the foundation works to remove barriers that keep LGBTQ+ individuals from fitness and wellness, through its “OUTAthlete” scholarship program and community events.
- Sporting Equals (United Kingdom) – The UK’s leading non-profit promoting ethnic diversity in sport, a partner since 2021. Its work with Peloton includes the “LeaderBoard” program, aimed at increasing diversity in sports governance.
NAMI and The OUT Foundation are new partners for 2026, while GirlTREK, LISC, and Sporting Equals are returning organizations that also appeared on Peloton’s 2024/2025 partner list.
