2023 Peloton APIHM (Asian & Pacific Islander Heritage Month) Celebration & Classes Announced

May is Asian and Pacific Islander Heritage Month (APIHM) in the United States, and Peloton will be celebrating with special content throughout the month. Peloton shared the news via their Instagram stories.

Members can expect to see APIHM classes appear on the schedule throughout the next few weeks across various fitness modalities. These classes will be placed in the APIHM Collection, which also includes classes from 2022, 2021, and 2020.

Peloton has already announced a number of classes that will air live. You can find the list of announced classes below:

2023 APIHM Peloton Classes & Schedule & Workouts

  • 10 min API Heritage Meditation – Aditi Shah – 5/8/23 @ 7:30am ET / 12:30pm BST
  • 30 min API Heritage Yoga Flow – Aditi Shah – 5/8/23 @ 7:55am ET / 12:55pm BST
  • 30 min K-Pop Row Bootcamp – Katie Wang – 5/9/23 @ 7:30pm ET
  • 10 min K-Pop Barre – Ally Love – 5/10/23 @ 9:30am ET / 2:30pm BST
  • 30 min API Heritage Walk – Susie Chan – 5/13/23 @ 6:30am ET / 11:30am BST

Note that this is likely not an exhaustive list, and additional classes are expected to be added to the schedule throughout the month. Peloton will also be encoring classes from previous years.

Previous years classes have awarded a special badge – we’ll be sure to update our complete list of available badges in our guide if a new badge is awarded for these.

Peloton’s APIHM celebrations have been evolving for the past couple of years. You can read about both 2022 and 2021 programming via our site. All classes will be added to our APIHM Class List as they become available!
