Peloton Yoga for Cross-Training Collection

Peloton has launched a new collection for their cross-training yoga classes. The Peloton Yoga for Cross-Training Collection is now available on the app, web browser, and hardware devices.

The collection description reads:

Pair any of these classes with your next Ride, Tread or Outdoor Run. These flows focus on poses that will help recovery and leave you feeling refreshed to take on your next workout.

As of publishing time, the collection contains 14 classes – but more will likely be added, as Peloton offers this yoga class type on a somewhat regular basis.

In fact, 3 new classes were added today as part of the collection release. The new classes today were focus flow for runners from Mariana Fernandez & Denis Morton, as well as a focus flow for riders from Kristin McGee.

There are two different sections within the collection: one for riders, and one for runners. The “For Riders” subset contains six classes ranging in length from 10 to 30 minutes with instructors Mariana Fernández, Kristin McGee, Denis Morton, and Ross Rayburn.

The “For Runners” subset contains eight classes, either 10 or 20 minutes in length, with instructors Mariana Fernández, Kristin McGee, Kirra Michel, and Denis Morton.

These classes are specifically designed to complement cycling or running workouts – in other words, they target many of the muscles that receive the most work in those other modalities.

Peloton first began releasing cross-training yoga classes in 2022, but now all of the classes are housed within one collection so that they are easy to find.

This is one of just a few new recent yoga additions. Earlier this year, new Peloton Yoga conditioning classes were released on-demand. Although there is currently only the initial set of classes, the instructors have stated more will be released in the coming weeks. In addition, Peloton also released Yin Yoga classes in February.
