A new yoga class format has recently appeared in the on demand library: “Focus Flow: For Runners” and “Focus Flow: For Riders.”
Four new classes with Denis Morton and Mariana Fernández are currently available at time of publishing. There are 10 minute and 20 minute options.
List of Peloton Yoga Focus Flow For Riders & Runners Classes
- 10 min Yoga Focus Flow: For Runners – Denis Morton – 11/15/22 @ 10:00am ET
- 10 min Yoga Focus Flow: For Riders – Mariana Fernández – 11/15/22 @ 10:00am ET
- 20 min Yoga Focus Flow: For Riders – Denis Morton – 11/15/22 @ 10:00am ET
- 20 min Yoga Focus Flow: For Runners – Mariana Fernández – 11/15/22 @ 10:00am ET
Both class formats are designed to utilize movements that will be helpful to those who spend time on either the Bike or the Tread.
The running variation class description reads: “This yoga class focuses on poses that complement your hard work after a challenging run so you can be fresh and ready for your next workout.”
The cycling variation class description reads: “This yoga class focuses on poses that complement your hard work on the Bike so you can be fresh and ready for your next workout.”
It is currently unclear whether these focus flows will be offered moving forward, or if this was a standalone on-demand drop.
