Peloton shared some of the featured classes you can expect for the week of September 21 through 27, 2026.
This week, Peloton has two new Evening-themed classes for members to “ease into your evenings.” First, a 20 minute Intermediate Evening Slow Flow with Chelsea Jackson Roberts dropped on demand Monday, September 21 at 12 AM ET. You can find this class here.

On Friday, September 25, a new 20 minute Evening Stretch with Matty Maggiacomo will drop on demand at 12 AM ET (5 AM BST).
On Wednesday, September 23, new seated strength and cardio classes will be available to take on demand at 12 AM ET (5 AM BST). These classes will give you a great workout from a seated position and will be taught by Logan Aldridge, Adrian Williams, Andy Speer, Camila Ramón, and Matty Maggiacomo.

This batch of seated adaptive classes will be the first since a 20 minute Seated Adaptive: Full Body Strength with Logan on December 3, 2025.
On Saturday, September 26, Matt Wilpers has a new 120 minute Power Zone Endurance Ride live at 8 AM ET (1 PM BST). Matt’s 2 hour rides typically take place about once a quarter. His most recent one was June 27, 2026.

Also this week, hop on the Tread for a 30 minute Two for One Hike from Peloton Studios London with Joslyn Thompson Rule and Emma Lovewell. This live class is Sunday, September 27 at 5 AM ET (10 AM BST).

This week marks the final New York instructor residency at PSL for summer 2026.
While not mentioned in the “This Week at Peloton” post, don’t forget that Jess Sims’s live “Do Hard Things” cross training program takes place this week.
Peloton Studios also shared on September 21 that a new ride type with Hannah Frankson will debut on Tuesday of this week. Join Hannah live on September 22 at 1:30 PM ET (6:30 PM BST) for a 30 minute “1:3:5” ride. The ride name refers to the class containing 1 stretch of endurance, 3 blocks of intervals, and 5 high intensity pushes. A new 1:3:5 Ride will take place every other week.
