Hannah Frankson Launching New Peloton Signature Series “1:3:5 Ride”

Hannah Frankson is launching a new Peloton signature series called “1:3:5 Ride,” combining endurance, progressive intervals, and high-intensity pushes in a 30 minute workout.

The first class will take place live on Tuesday, September 22 at 1:30pm ET / 6:30pm BST.

Each 1:3:5 Ride follows the same basic structure: one sustained endurance effort, three progressive interval blocks, and five high-intensity pushes.

Peloton announced the new series on social media, writing:

“Mix it up in a new kind of fitness ride. Hannah’s cooking up a banging good ride with her new signature series: 1:3:5 Ride. Long, medium, and short efforts, all in 30 minutes.”

The accompanying video leans into the cooking theme. Hannah jokes that she is not a very good cook, but can still cook up a “banging good ride.”

She then describes her recipe for peak progression as one stretch of endurance, three blocks of intervals, five high-intensity pushes, great music, and Hannah, all packed into 30 minutes.

The official description for the first class reads:

“The ride for when you can’t decide! Hannah’s 1:3:5 Series delivers endurance, power, and HIIT all in one dynamic session.”

The first class is:

  • 30 min 1:3:5 Ride – Hannah Frankson – 9/22/26 @ 1:30pm ET

The format gives Hannah a repeatable structure that mixes several types of training into one class, combining a longer endurance effort with multiple interval blocks and then shorter high-intensity pushes.

It is not Hannah’s first signature cycling series. Her Turn It Up series featured four 30 minute rides in 2021, with Hannah turning up the music while members increased resistance.

Hannah has also become more involved in structured training formats in recent years. She joined Peloton’s Power Zone instructor roster in November 2023 alongside Tunde Oyeneyin and Charlotte Weidenbach.

More recently, Hannah taught Peloton’s first Progressive Push Ride, another format built around changing effort levels over the course of a workout.

The video teased that new 1:3:5 classes will be released every other week.
