Peloton has highlighted a few classes on the upcoming schedule via their “This Week at Peloton” social media post. This week covers May 5 – 11, 2025.
First up this week, celebrate May being Mental Health Awareness Month with Peloton. Bradley Rose’s 20 minute Mental Health Awareness Ride is Tuesday, May 6 live at 1 PM ET (6 PM BST).

Also on Tuesday, May 6, Kirra Michel will teach a live Yoga Drills class. Yoga Drills is a newer yoga class type that launched last month and combines traditional poses with conditioning training.

Join Kirra on the leaderboard Tuesday at 6:35 PM ET for a 15 minute Yoga Drills: Backbends class.
On Wednesday, May 7, the latest weekly Kettlebell class will drop on demand. Jess Sims will have a new 30 minute Kettlebell Strength available to take on demand at 12 AM ET.

As we previously shared, Peloton plans to release one Kettlebell class a week on Wednesdays for the time being.
Lastly, close out this week with a new 60 minute Endurance Run with Marcel Dinkins on Sunday, May 11 at 2:30 PM ET.
