Peloton will be celebrating Mental Health Awareness Month during May with special themed classes & more..
The company kicked off the celebration with a post on social media, saying:
“May is Mental Health Awareness Month. We encourage you to settle in, take a moment, and feel the support of your community in brand new classes that help you prioritize your well-being.”

There will be a variety of classes called “Mental Health Awareness” throughout the month – and the first several have now been annonced.
- 30 min. Mental Health Awareness Ride – Ally Love – 5/4/25 @ 12 PM ET / 5 PM BST
- 10 min. Mental Health Awareness Stretch – Rebecca Kennedy – 5/5/25 On Demand @ 12 AM ET / 5 AM BST
- 10 min. Mental Health Meditation [German] – Nico Serani – 5/5/25 @ 1:10 PM ET / 6:10 PM BST
- 10 min. Mental Health Meditation – Aditi Shah – 5/6/25 @ 7:30 AM ET / 12:30 PM BST
- 20 min. Mental Health Awareness Ride – Bradley Rose – 5/6/25 @ 2:30 PM ET / 7:30 PM BST
- 30 min. Mental Health Awareness Outdoor Walk – Kirsten Ferguson – 5/8/25 On Demand @ 12 AM ET / 5 AM BST
- 30 min. Mental Health Awareness Walk + Run [German] – Jeffrey McEachern – 5/11/25 @ 2:30 AM ET / 7:30 AM BST
Note that in Peloton’s Instagram story, it said Bradley’s ride was on May 6 at 2:30 PM ET, however, it is currently showing as 1:00 PM ET on the live class schedule in the app.
Ally Love’s 30 minute Ride is already available to take on-demand. The class description reads:
Join Ally in honoring Mental Health Awareness Month, by cultivating understanding, acceptance, and taking action towards prioritizing your mental health and well-being in this 30 minute ride.

It can be found in Peloton’s Mental Health class collection along with past years’ classes back to 2021, including classes for World Mental Health Day.
Taking any of the 2025 Mental Health Awareness Month classes will also earn you Peloton’s Mental Health Awareness Month badge.
