Peloton has shared the featured classes members can take during the week of March 16 through 22, 2026.
First up, new % Hike classes dropped on demand on Monday, March 16 at 12 AM ET. There are four new classes available in the class library. Peloton’s % Hike class type specifies the incline % you will experience during the duration of the class in the class name.

The class details for the newest batch of % Hike classes are below:
- 15 min. 6% Hike – Jon Hosking – 3/16/26 @ 12:00 AM ET
- 15 min. 8% Hike – Kirsten Ferguson – 3/16/26 @ 12:00 AM ET
- 10 min. 10% Hike – Rebecca Kennedy – 3/16/26 @ 12:00 AM ET
- 10 min. 10% Hike [German] – Mayla Wedekind – 3/16/26 @ 1:00 AM ET
The % Hike Collections on the Peloton app & devices are also updated with these new classes.
Later this week, Greta Dopp has a live 20 minute R&B Pilates class on Thursday, March 19 at 9 AM ET (1 PM GMT).

Also on Thursday, hop on the mat for a live 45 minute Yoga Focus Flow: For Runners with Zacharias Niedzwiecki at 12:30 PM ET (4:30 PM GMT).

On Friday, March 20, Sam Yo’s newest seasonal Recovery Ride class will drop on demand at 12 AM ET (4 AM GMT). This will be a new 20 minute Spring Recovery Ride.

Each season, Sam incorporates meditation, breathwork, and reflection into a seasonally-themed recovery ride.
Peloton also shared in a separate post the classes for week 3 of Women’s History Month.

- 20 min. WHM: Country Ride – Hannah Corbin – 3/20/26 On Demand @ 12 AM ET (4 AM GMT)
- 45 min. WHM: Alternative Rock Ride – Christine D’Ercole – 3/21/26 @ 4 PM ET (8 PM GMT)
- 30 min. WHM: R&B Yoga Flow – Chelsea Jackson Roberts – 3/22/26 @ 9:30 AM ET (1:30 PM GMT)
- 30 min. WHM Two for One Ride [German] – Assal Arian & Mayla Wedekind – 3/29/26 Premiere @ 9:30 AM BST (10:30 AM CEST)
Lastly, Peloton Studios shared that a new 30 minute Sundays with Love Ride with Ally Love will close out this week on Sunday, March 22 at 12:30 PM ET (4:30 PM GMT). There are so many great classes available this week!
