Peloton shared the featured classes for the week of July 6 through July 12, 2026.
First, there is a new 20 minute Beginner Pilates with Johanna Ricouz. This class dropped on demand on Monday, July 6 at 12 AM ET (5 AM BST).

You can find this class here. You don’t need any equipment for this beginner level class.
On Tuesday, July 7, Bradley Rose has a live 30 minute Low Impact & Arms Ride at 6 AM ET (11 AM BST). This class type launched earlier this year to incorporate arms sections within a low impact ride (staying exclusively in the saddle) rather than the typical high impact intervals classes where you come out of the saddle.

Peloton has gradually been adding to its Low Impact & Arms class collection as new classes drop.
Also on Tuesday, Kirra Michel has a live 20 minute Elevate Your Practice yoga class at 6 PM ET (8 AM AEST + 1).

The goal of Kirra’s signature yoga class series is to combine traditional yoga poses with strength conditioning training. You can find these classes in the Elevate Your Practice class collection.
On Sunday, July 12 at 8 AM ET (1 PM BST), hop on the leaderboard for a live 20 minute Just Tabata cardio class with Logan Aldridge.

Logan’s Just Tabata classes can be found in their own class collection as well. These classes feature high intensity intervals with short periods of rest in between.
Also, don’t forget Rebecca Kennedy’s HiLit+ (high intensity, low impact) training plan launched on Monday, July 6 and will run for seven weeks. The first classes have been released and can be found in the HiLit+ class collection as well as in the broader on demand class library.
Peloton shared the full schedule of this first week’s HiLit+ classes, and you can see the full 7 week overview of the HiLit+ program here.

Each day’s classes will drop on demand at 12 AM ET (5 AM BST) Monday through Friday each week.
