Kirra Michel’s “Elevate Your Practice” Yoga Series & Collection on Peloton

Peloton instructor Kirra Michel has debuted a new signature yoga series. Called “Elevate Your Practice,” the series is designed to build members’ strength and confidence in their yoga practices.

In a post announcing the new series, Peloton said:

In @kirramichel’s new signature series, Elevate Your Practice, build strength and cultivate confidence as you advance your practice.

The first class took place live on Tuesday, November 18 at 6:00pm ET and is now available in the on-demand library. The class is 20 minutes in length. You can find it in the on-demand library here.

The class description reads:

Elevate your practice with mindful strength and flow. This week, we build toward mastering the step through, deepening our connection to breath and body.

Kirra shared a little more details & context about the goals and intentions of the program. She states:

“This is your space to build strength, confidence, and clarity. We’ll break movements down step by step and layer them with purpose so nothing feels intimidating or out of reach. Here, your practice stops feeling random and starts feeling deeply intentional. Elevate Your Practice is where you explore safely, playfully, and at your own pace.”

Peloton has also made a new collection for these classes – also called “Elevate Your Practice”. In addition to the new “Elevate Your Practice” classes, it has 8 of Kirra’s “Yoga Drills” classes from earlier this year, where she focuses on specific movements.

New Elevate Your Practice classes with Kirra Michel will be released once per month. If you enjoy Kirra’s series, remember that she also has an official Peloton program called The Approach: Path to Inversion.
