Peloton has shared some featured classes for the week of January 12-18, 2026.
First, there are four new percent Hike (“% Hike”) classes available now to take on demand. This class type debuted in October 2025 and features a set percentage incline for the entire class duration. There are a variety of inclines and class lengths available.
The newest batch of classes on January 12, 2026 includes:
- 15 min. 6% Hike – Kirsten Ferguson
- 15 min. 6% Hike [German] – Mayla Wedekind
- 15 min. 10% Hike – Joslyn Thompson Rule
- 10 min. 12% Hike – Jon Hosking

On Tuesday, January 13, a 30 minute Kettlebell Strength & Conditioning class from Assal Arian dropped on-demand at 12 AM ET (5 AM GMT). Although the majority of Assal’s classes are in German, this Kettlebell class is in English.

This week is the second consecutive week where Peloton’s weekly Kettlebell class has dropped on demand on Tuesdays, rather than Wednesdays. We will see if this is a permanent change moving forward.
Also this week, Katie Wang will teach a live 20 minute Pop Punk Row on Thursday, January 15 at 6:30 AM ET (11:30 AM GMT).

Lastly, Jenn Sherman has a live 45 minute My Mixtape Ride on Saturday, January 17 at 2 PM ET (7 PM GMT).

There will be lots of great ways to move with Peloton this week and keep your 100 Day Streak going!
There is also the new High Intensity, Low Impact (“HiLit”) training plan from Rebecca Kennedy which is now available as well.
