This Week at Peloton (Featured Peloton Classes) for February 19-25, 2024

Even in the midst of the winter studio closure – a partial week for Peloton Studios New York (PSNY), and full week for Peloton Studios London (PSL) – members can still expect fresh content throughout the week, as signaled by Peloton’s weekly “This Week at Peloton” Instagram post covering February 19-25, 2024.

First, Tunde Oyeneyin will premiere a 30 minute Advanced Bike Bootcamp on February 20, 2024 at 12:00pm ET. This is the timeslot for the only live bike bootcamp each week; and though there will not be a live class, members can still join the encore for a live leaderboard with a brand new class.

Next, Peloton will release two new evening yoga flows with Anna Greenberg and Ross Rayburn. Evening yoga flows are designed to be taken at the end of the day to wind down, release, and reflect. Two new classes will become available – one will be released straight to the on-demand library, and one will take place live:

  • 30 min. Evening Yoga Flow – Ross Rayburn – 2/21/24 @ 4:00pm ET [On Demand]
  • 20 min. Evening Yoga Flow – Anna Greenberg – 2/23/24 @ 5:30pm ET

There will also be numerous new outdoor classes – both walks and runs – released on February 22 at 11:00am ET. This is Peloton’s standing time for new outdoor content, which is audio-only and designed to be taken via the digital app. Members can expect new classes with Andy Speer, Becs Gentry, Joslyn Thompson Rule, Matty Maggiacomo, Olivia Amato, and Tobias Heinze.
