Peloton highlights 60 minute classes (Bike Bootcamp, Row, Tread, & Strength) for This Week at Peloton (8/12-8/18)

Peloton shared which featured classes you can look forward to during the week of August 12-18, 2024, via their weekly “This Week at Peloton” Instagram. This upcoming week has a special class theme – the “60 Minute Edition” where all the featured Peloton classes will be 60 minutes long.

First up, there will be a live 60 minute Advanced Full Body Bike Bootcamp with Jess Sims on Tuesday, August 13 at 12 PM ET (5 PM BST).

If you are a fan of spending an hour with Jess Sims, don’t forget that she also has her signature “Sims 60” Tread Bootcamp classes, formerly known as “Saturday 60,” in a class collection. Jess is certainly a fan of the longer length classes.

If you’re wanting to take a new 60 minute row, then Alex Karwoski has you covered with a 60 minute Endurance Row live on Thursday, August 15 at 10:30 AM (3:30 PM BST). There are currently only five 60 minute rows in the on-demand library, so this will be an welcome addition to endurance rowers.

There will also be two opportunities to spend 60 minutes on the tread on Saturday, August 17. Becs Gentry will teach a live 60 minute Intervals Run at 11 AM ET. Later that same day, Mariana Fernández will teach a live 60 minute Walk + Run at 1:30 PM ET.

Lastly, Andy Speer will teach a new 60 minute Intermediate Total Strength class on Sunday, August 18 at 8:00 AM ET (1 PM BST). Total Strength 60 is Andy’s signature class series that he teaches almost every week.

You can find these classes in their own Total Strength 60 Collection which was debuted in early 2023. The collection is broken out into different sections based on the class focus, for example Squat Block, Conditioning and Core Block, and Unilateral Strength & Conditioning.
