This Week at Peloton (Featured Peloton Classes): Rising Country, Mobility, Defected Records, Mother’s Day for May 6-12, 2024

Peloton has called attention to numerous classes via the weekly “This Week at Peloton” Instagram post covering May 6-12, 2024.

First, Peloton is introducing a new category of Country music rides with “Rising Country” classes. The classes consist of “curated playlists featuring the latest and greatest stars of the country music scene.” The first class took place live on May 6 with Ally Love, and is now available in the on-demand library for all members to take.

Next, numerous new mobility classes will be released straight to the on-demand library on May 7 at 10:00am ET. Classes will be available in English with Matty Maggiacomo, and in German with Erik Jäger and Irène Kaymer.

In addition, Peloton will release new mobility classes every Tuesday throughout the remainder of the month.

Peloton first launched their mobility content in November 2022, and there is a dedicated collection containing all available classes. There is also a filter to the stretching menu to make classes easier to find.

Next, the latest installment of Peloton’s ongoing collaboration with Defected Records will take place on Friday, May 10 at 1:30pm ET with a 30 minute ride instructed by Hannah Frankson.

In case you missed it, Peloton announced the partnership earlier this year, which marks the first ever residency at Peloton.

Finally, Sunday, May 12 marks Mother’s Day in the United States, and Peloton will celebrate with special content beginning Wednesday, May 8. Classes will be offered in all three of Peloton’s teaching languages – English, Spanish, and German – and there will even be a special two for one ride with Robin Arzón and Jess King on Saturday, May 11 at 10:00am ET.
