New Peloton “The Stronger You” Program with Ben Alldis (Strength Training)

Peloton has released their newest strength training program today called “The Stronger You”, which is taught by Ben Alldis. The 4-week strength training program is at first exclusively available on the Peloton Guide. However, it is expected to be released to all members 7 weeks from now, which means it would be fully available on February 27th.

The program was first revealed at the end of last year. Peloton also released a new “Straight to the Core” program with Rebecca Kennedy today as well.

Ben announced the program on his socials today, saying:

Build your strength and stamina to new heights using Peloton Guide’s revolutionary new Rep Tracking technology in this 4 week, Full Body program with me. Expect a structured, effecient and effective set of classes that will challenge your full body across each week. Expect full body, lower body, upper body, core and all important stretching classes.
Whatever your fitness level, let’s create ‘The Stronger You’.💪🏽 Who’s in? 👇🏼

The new program does have the “Made for Movement Tracker” enabled, as well as the digital weight rack feature enabled.

Here is the official description for “The Stronger You” from Peloton: “Your journey to creating the stronger you starts now! Learn correct form and key movements as your body is consistently challenged in this 4-week program led by Ben. Your future, stronger self is thanking you already.”

Peloton’s “The Stronger You” Program Badges

It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 19 classes, a Silver badge for completing 19 classes, or a Gold badge for completing 35 classes out of the total 38 classes.

How to join the Peloton The Stronger You program

Currently, the only way to join is from a Peloton Guide device. Once the program is available to all members, you’ll be able to join from your app, the website, or a Peloton Bike or Tread. We’ll share the link once this happens.
