How to join the Peloton Strong Core Strong Body program
At time of publishing programs can be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, or Peloton Digital app. They are not available through Peloton's website. Simply browse to the programs area, find the Strong Core Strong Body program, and join the program.

Welcome to Week 3! You are crushing it! This week, we'll keep adding length to our core workouts and time to your planks. At the end of the week, we'll try some fun, new movements to build on what you've already learned. Take one rest day and stretch as often as you can this week.

Time to celebrate, Week 4 is here! You should be able to notice your progress now and feel stronger than when you started. This will be your most challenging week of the program, with longer workouts and more difficult moves. Remember: progress not perfection, so finish strong. Congratulations, you did it!
